Most people prefer to use their own mat eventually but you don't need one to begin. We have loaner mats you can use free of charge.

We are at 227 Main Street in Steinbach, right next door to where we used to be! Enter the doorway between the church and the hair salon and go down the hall until you see Unit 4, on your right.

It depends whether you are dropping in for just one class, buying a class pass, or committing to a series.

You can either sign up through the class schedule on our website or download the Offering Tree app and use it on your phone or tablet.

You just need yourself in comfortable, stretchy clothing (ideally in layers) and no shoes. Bring a yoga mat if you have one and a bottle of water. Some people bring their own props, but everything you need is at the studio.

Our classes start on time and the door will be locked. Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins if you have been before, and even earlier if you are new to our space. Hint: the studio doors open 30 minutes before class to help you transition from your day.

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 2 hours before the class starts. Less than that is a Late Cancel, and your class will be forfeited. Refunds are given as an account credit for future use.
